Vendor Application & Rules
If you're interested in working with us, please read through the rules below. If everything sounds good, complete the application with a few details about your business. We'll review your message and get back to you.
Market & Event Vendor Rules
We are a strict artisan and craft market. we do not allow vendors who resell items, provide services or are mlm. (With exception to Face Painters, Balloon Artists, or someone providing the service on site)
Vendors fees are $75 per market/event. You will be given a 10×10 spot. If you need more space please contact us for arrangements.
If you commit to at least 6 events in a year you will become one of ur featured vendors and will be listed on our website.
You will be required to be set up at least 30 minutes before event start and throughout the duration of the event. If you sell out please stay and talk with future clients. We do not allow early pack ups and leaving due to safety risks for the crowds.
Set up begins one and a half to two hours before event. you must be here one hour before the event starts.
When you arrive you will be told your location. Please drop off all items quickly, park your car, and then begin setting up. We do not have a huge driveway so please don’t stay parked there as it prevents other vendors from setting up.
We do not allow outside animals of any kind on property both from vendors or clients due to health and safety risks for our livestock.
Generators are not allowed on the main lawn. We do have space for them for food trucks.
Power is not provided. We may be able to accommodate requests with advance notice if you need it.
We limit vendors who sell the same items to one or two vendors. We want you to be successful and don’t want everyone competing against each other. Spots are limited to first come. Whoever commits and pays the invoice for that event
Invoices must be paid promptly. All invoices must be paid prior to one week before event so we can promote who will be there.
As a reminder this is our property & home. If you damage any part of it or injure any animals you will be held responsible.
No refunds are given for vendor fees. In the event of a cancellation due to weather or a circumstance on our side your vendor fee can be transferred to a future event . Must be within 6 months. If you cancel due to your own circumstance, vendor fees are non refundable.
